hehehe...salamat ton! within the budget kasi dapat ang house kaya simple lang ang facade. pero pagdating sa space planning very satisfied naman ang client, yun ang important yung functionality ng house.

Thanks edward. I also did the rendering, which was done through a 3D software called Sketch-up. Its very easy to use and user friendly.

HI there again, I downloaded the 8 hours trail of sketch-up. It's really cool, I did a house in just minutes, but still I need to read more about the tutorial. You are right it's so easy to use. I just need more time on this. Most of our projects are in retail, restaurants, and not much on residential. We also design the finishes, materials, furniture's, windows, ceilings, cabinets and more. Our firm is base on 60 percent construction and 40 percent Architectural. I will try to have more time on learning this Sketch-up, I just found out it cost around $400.00 to $500.00 dollars for the software, pretty expensive too. Anyway, thanks again.
you're welcome. the latest version of sketch-up is better, the rendering looks real-life. my hubby tried it, and the result is amazing.

Cool rendering. But is there really a rocky mountain in Pampanga with fir trees on the slope? Hehehe....renderer's license, I guess.

tnx al. i just picked up this background, i couldn't not find any nice background, and besides i'm not really an expert in rendering, its not my forte, i'm an architect who just done a good favor for my dear friend, as part of the requirement for the building permit of his dream house. I just posted this here to chronicle the project i have done.
